With ZuriaFit you measure yourself at home, choose a style from our gallery or send a photo, and get a quote on WhatsApp. A maker in Ethiopia or Dubai sews the dress to your measurements and it is sent to your address, wherever you live, by tracked courier. You pay ZuriaFit, and we release payment to the maker after your dress ships.

Step by step

1. Measure. Follow our 6-step guide and Amharic video, then save your measurements on My size.
2. Choose a style. Note a code from the gallery (for example ZF-104) or upload a photo of the dress you love.
3. Send your request. On the order request page, add your event date and tap Send on WhatsApp.
4. Get your quote. We reply on WhatsApp with the price, shipping and estimated ship date. A quote is valid for 7 days.
5. Pay securely. Pay ZuriaFit on your order page. We hold your payment and release it to the maker after shipping.
6. Track it. Your dress is shipped by international courier (for example DHL, UPS, FedEx or Aramex), and the tracking number appears on your order page.

Timing, duties and peace of mind

• Timing: typical production is 1–4 weeks, then a few business days by courier. Order 6–8 weeks before your event.
• Duties and VAT: import VAT, duties or customs fees may be charged by the carrier when the dress arrives in your country, unless your quote says otherwise. See our terms of sale.
• Fit promise: if the finished dress differs by more than 2 cm from the measurements you sent, we arrange a free remake or alteration. See refunds & remakes.
• Late delivery: if your dress hasn't shipped within 14 days after the estimated ship date, you can cancel for a full refund.

If the dress differs by more than 2 cm from the measurements you submitted, we arrange a free remake or alteration. Custom dresses can't be returned for a change of mind.
